1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly for electronic payment methods, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and third-party payment processor systems.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your available account balance subject to the following conditions: (a) completion of all KYC verification requirements; (b) satisfaction of any bonus wagering requirements attached to bonuses you have claimed; (c) compliance with minimum withdrawal thresholds as specified on the platform; and (d) verification that the withdrawal method matches a payment method previously used for deposits, or provision of additional verification documents for new withdrawal methods.

5. Gameplay Rules and Prohibited Activities

5.1 Fair Play Requirements

All users must engage in fair play when participating in gaming activities on jl6782. 5.2 Bonus Abuse Prevention

5.3 Account Suspension and Termination

jl6782 reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, breach of fair play standards, failure to complete KYC verification, requests by regulatory authorities, or any other reason that jl6782 determines, in its sole discretion, warrants account closure. Upon termination, your right to access jl6782 services immediately ceases. jl6782 will return any remaining account balance after deducting amounts related to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or other violations of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use jl6782 services solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. 7.2 Game Outcome Disclaimer

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of jl6782. jl6782 may freely assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to any successor entity or third party without restriction or notification to you.

10.4 Waiver

No waiver by jl6782 of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. jl6782's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
